It sounds ridiculous but hundreds, if not thousands, of so-called podcasters are doing this very thing every day.

I have a syndicated morning radio show that’s heard in 26 cities across the U.S. and has global listenership through our podcast. I’m not a buttoned up consultant that knows what works in theory. I get it. The beauty of podcasting is the freedom and space.And I’m not a rules guy. I hate rules. But we need to cover some basics if you’re going to connect with your listeners. And that’s the key — connecting. You don’t want to be liked. You want to be loved. You want your audience to be pissed if your episode is late because they’ve been waiting for it all week.

I believe in quality over quantity. You’ll have my full attention because I take on a super limited amount of personalities I really believe in and want to see succeed.
